it's a blast. i had better luck with those electricty generators hooked up to a motor.

Yes. It shocks the fish, much like an electrical generator does. They float right to the top. So I am told. I have never done it, but I have shocked them up with a generator. I went out with a wild life resource agency and they shocked them up while I netted them. Y ou have to be quick though. They will swim off in a few seconds if you don't hurry.

Yes indeed. Had some friends that used Primer cord for fishing until they almost blew themselves out of the water. Seem the exposive floated back under the boat!!!
