another serious answer, from both a qualified boat designer, and a RV technician.
DONT!
Pop-up roof is not supported and would collapse under the weight of a boat.
puling behind would put a huge amount of strain on a hitch, designed to hold half of the weight.
pop ups are short, easily influenced by wind, road and so forth. adding a trailer to that would produce extreme swaying and pitching of the camper. resulting is, at best, a very slow, uncomfy ride at worse, jack knifing of both trailers, resulting in serious accident or even death.
dont do it. use 2 cars or buy an inflatable boat that you can fit in the trunk or whatever.

If your state allows it, get a trailer hitch attached to the camper. Check your laws, tho. Most, if not all, states do not allow two items to be towed at one time.

better serious answer do it if you are going only a short distance.i did and had only mild problems. you will need to get a permit though.Also use a specilal undercarriage hitch to go to
