whats the best rod to put with lew bb1?

I just started fishing and have been doing some research and found that lew bb1 is really really good. i will most likely be fishing in lakes/rivers and sometimes go to galveston pier. i want to know whats the best rod to put with lews bb1 bait caster and keeps it pretty strong for catching bigger fish,as well as still staying lightweight.

Ugly Stik Lite... a cheap, piece of crap reel deserves a cheap, piece of crap rod.

Ill have to disagree with GMB on this one. I LOVE lews reels, really quality built and performs as well as any reels twice the price of it. I really like the duckett rods, if you don't mind spending a little. For a rod in the $100 dollar range try the Abu Garcia veritas
