10 & 11ft Fly rods are generally used for heavier rated Salmon fly rods, while a 4/5 weight rod around 7ft is the norm for that rating rod, which is intended mainly for use lightweight fly fishing along small brooks & streams (I take it your a complete novice to fly fishing?).
A better all round "weapon of choice" recommended by leading fishing author John Bailey in "John Bailey's Complete Guide to Fly Fishing" (a very good book for people new to fly fishing) is a 5/6 rated rod, that's 9ft long, matched with a 6 weight floating line (I'll get to the line part of your question in a second)......... a rod of that spec will handle anything from a 12-ounce trout to an 8lb Salmon.
One that matches that description I've found, and doesn't break the bank is the Shakespeare Trion Fly Rod 9ft 5/6# 3-piece rod (model# 1782/270) which costs £38 from MULLARKEY & SONS

Now for the line........... the colour is used to distinguish what type of fly line it is (e.g. Floating, Sinking, Weight Forward, etc), and there isn't a suitable one (i.e. Weight-Forward Floating in #6) in the colour you want.
However, this is a good one for not alot of money:

(bonus hint: ALWAYS wear polarised sunglasses when flycasting if you don't want the hook ending up in your eyes from an errant cast or a rogue gust of wind........ so if you don't have a pair, get some).
